This cool little Pony is absolutely a product of its time, love them or hate them, without these cars as part of the story there simply wouldn't be the iconic Ford Mustang today....the fuel crisis of the Seventies brought about the Mustang 11, which aside from selling over a million units was the lightest production Mustang of all time, making it ideal for use in Motor Sport.

An ideal project car, this Mustang currently has no engine or gearbox so is a complete blank canvas, it has its full NZ registration on hold, and has an old school declaration for its many previous modifications. It has a full roll cage, Log Book, race seats, up graded suspension, and has been converted to Five stud Ford pattern, among numerous other tricky suspension modifications.

The body is tidy and presentable with presentable paintwork, but it has been well used so is showing a few battle scars as would be expected, it currently has lightweight fibreglass bumpers, and a complete King Cobra 11 body ground effects kit, and is factory fitted with tinted removable glass T-Tops.

The original front and rear bumpers and quite a lot of other spares come with this Mustang, and if you were keen enough it could be restored back to road use, however it has been quite a successful club race car for a number of years with quite a lot of modifications, so is really best suited to competition in its current form.

A worthwhile and inexpensive way to get into an old school American race car project, with a big empty engine bay and no suspension towers in the way this little Mustang could be re powered with anything you like, a 5.4 V8 Boss , a Turbo Barra, an LS engine, a really staunch small block Ford, or a Big Block , the possibilities are pretty much endless!

This Mustang will be sold as it sits today with the registration on hold and the spares included, but will be a roller on standard rims, the current wheels will not included in the sale.
