The remarkable body on this Hardtop has been completely painstakingly rebuilt from a bare skeleton on a rotisserie to be presented as you see it is today, new panels fabricated, new guards manufactured, new inner and outer sills, rebuilt fire wall and plenum, the list just goes on and on
Once the big swoopy body had been massaged into shape the entire bare metal car was refinished in a stunning custom Gun Metal metallic with gloss GT style Black outs to drive the Muscle car point home even further, and all new chrome and exterior trim was fitted throughout. Pretty much everything has been either restored or replaced on this XA, even down to importing all new tinted glass out of Australia at an eye watering cost.
The engine bay is home to a very nicely detailed and very staunch 347 ci Stroker Windsor, absolutely dripping with chrome and custom billet fittings, and it has no issues at all moving this big Hartop from one place to another very quickly.
The suspension has all been upgraded and dialled in for fast road touring, while the drive is really nice, with the lighter Windsor giving better handling, and to bring everything into line is a full custom Willwood braking system on all four corners.
The interior is fully rebuilt to the same standard as the engine bay and exterior, and fitted with a GT steering wheel and full GT Gauges, while plush seating is very comfortable, and looks magnificent in deep black throughout.
Massive deep dish Globe alloys are fitted with near new wide BFGs, and over all this stunning big Hardtop has a very menacing looking presence on the road with more than enough power to back it up
The GT theme extends to the GT scooped bonnet, GT vented front guards, and GT driving light grille, which all adds to the aggressive stance of the big bold Hard Top.
This is most certainly the way to buy a car like this, the hard work is done, the pain and expense of the extensive rebuild has all been dealt with by someone else, and now its time for the next owner to drive and enjoy it!
