This stunning looking third generation Camaro has certainly had some money spent on it recently!

A lady owner with a real passion for Camaros has invested a lot of time and money into this neat old Z28 since purchasing it a few years back.

An honest car that has been in NZ for many years it was decided to give the car a bit of a tidy up and general go over it mechanically, shouldnt be to much work should it?? but as we know its always a bigger job than expected, and this one was no exception

After a complete strip down a full panel and paint was commissioned in the striking Bright Hot Orange you see today, and this was completed throughout with neat gun metal grey accents around the lower body kit, to break up the lines and give a neat contrast.

Once the exterior was all cleaned up the mechanical work was undertaken, this included buying an imported 350 cubic inch small block engine and after having that unit rebuilt by Precision Engineer Ltd, with all receipts retained, this was then coupled up to a fully rebuilt automatic transmission, and placed back in the Camaro with a lot of general cleaning up and replacement of parts carried out to ensure that the car was to be turn key and reliable.

The interior was in very good original condition for its age, so really only required a decent going over to bring in up to the standard it is presented in today, reflecting the fact that the car was in pretty decent honest order in the first place.

Being a genuine Z28 the overall specification was quite high on these cars originally, but this example also got the desirable removable tinted glass T-Tops, making it even more special.

A nice looking example of the popular third generation Z28 that represents a whole lot of car for the money, and this examples has recently been fully LVVTA certified for peace of mind, and is ready to go cruising!
